Once you get either of those 2 to move in, you're golden and we can continue. Who we are looking to move in for our next progression step is HECTOR or SHERF. So start building houses, and going to the inn every day in the afternoon(12:00) and at night (18:00) to see if anyone else wants to move in. We're going to place houses so more residents will want to move in because we will need more people in our town to open the mines.

At this point you will want to start grinding for cash so you can start buying tools, buying backpack upgrades, placing houses, and buying items.
